Refund policy

We hope you love your After Hours pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Email us at hey@afterhoursstudios.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Note: We’re a small sustainable brand, so we kindly ask that you return only what you truly need to — every return impacts our carbon footprint.
